Kujtesa was founded in 1995 as a retailer of computer equipment and later became a provider of Internet services. In 2006, Kujtesa entered the cable television market in Kosovo. Today, the Kujtesa television platform features over 160 channels, including the KSport channel platform.

Kujtesa offers consumers services that make their experience of lifestyle, work, learning and entertainment more advanced.
KSport Channel Platform was launched in October 2012 in order to bring Kosovars to the global sporting events via KSport channels. In 2015, Kujtesa won the franchises for the most elite sports competitions in Europe – the Champions League, the Europa League and the European Super Cup. Kujtesa also offers matches directly from the German Bundesliga and Turkish Superliga. Also, Kujtesa holds the exclusive rights to direct NBA broadcasting.
