

Our Network
Kujtesa network provides high-quality network service, 24/7 customer support and strategic points of presence throughout the country. Kujtesa has established its Network Operations Center (NOC) in Sunny Hill, uptown Pristina, to provide network support to its customers. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, NOC, is responsible to monitor the operation and performance of the network, to provide troubleshooting, to identify and solve any kind of network irregularity.
For the purpose of covering a major area of the Kosovo territory, Kujtesa has established five points of presence (POPs). Points of service throughout our service territory are located as shown below:
• Pristina Point, located in the Network Operating Center in Sunny Hill;
• Berisha Point, located near municipality of Malisheva, serving as a linking bridge between other points and covering north east of Kosovo;
• Zatriqi Point, located near municipality of Rahovec, covering the whole Dukagjini valley including regions of Peja, Gjakova and Prizren;
• Luboteni Point, located near the border with Macedonia, serving as a linking bridge with Macedonia, covering all the south border areas including municipalities of Gjilan and Kamenica; and
• Bareli Point, located in the municipality of Mitrovica, serving as a linking bridge with Serbia and Montenegro, covering regions of Mitrovica and Skenderaj.
